Filling an EZ-SMD Dispenser is a simple process which maximizes efficiency. This is how you do it:
1. Gather Your Tools
You'll need the EZ-SMD dispenser, dispenser filler tool, electric screwdriver, flat-bladed screwdriver, and tape cutter.
2. Remove the Cover
Place a flat-bladed screwdriver in the disassembly slot. Twist carefully to release the cover.
3. Set Up the Filler Tool
Attach the filler tool to the dispenser, aligning the center hole with the central stud.
4. Load the Tape
Insert the cut tape into one of the filler tool's small slots, then feed it through the dispenser's tape feed slot. Hold it in position with your thumb and lightly twist the filler tool to fix the tape.
5. Wind the Tape
With the electric screwdriver, turn the filling tool counterclockwise, winding the tape neatly into the dispenser.
6. Finalize
